Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) 2024

This CTHE course is recognised by the UGC as an induction program satisfying the mandatory requirements to be fulfilled by probationary academics. It is the only internationally benchmarked course in Sri Lanka, and its accreditation aligns with the values and outcomes of the Staff and International Development Association (SEDA) of the UK. SEDA, a review of the course by its international accreditors from UK, as part of the procedure for reviewing/renewing its accreditation, has commented very highly on the standards attainments of the course

Newly recruited permanent academic staff of UGC recognized universities in their probationary period at the time of applying for the course.
