ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN MEDIA LITERACY AND JOURNALISM (ACMLJ) – 2024
The Centre for Distance and Continuing Education, University of Vavuniya joining with
Harmony Centre of the University invites applications to select suitably qualified individuals
for the Advanced Certificate in Media Literacy and Journalism (ACMLJ), a six-month program
in Tamil Medium (SLQF Level 2) during weekends and holidays.
Eligibility Requirements:
General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) or an
Equivalent qualification.
OR Completion of NVQF level 3.
- Certified work experience equivalent to a minimum
period of two years in a particular field may also be
considered as an equivalent qualification for admission
to SLQF level 2
- The applicant should be at least 16 years of age.
- Duration - 06 months (Lecturers will be conducted in weekends and public holidays)
- Course Fee – Rs.18,500/- (including exam fee of Rs.3,500/-)
- Registration Fee – Rs.1000/-
- Venue – University of Vavuniya, Park Road, Vavuniya.
- Closing Date – 30.12.2023
